  • Super active or athletic?
    Every 2–4 weeks helps with recovery and keeping your body moving smoothly.

How Often to Get a Facial

  • Want healthy, glowing skin year-round?
    Once a month is ideal. Your skin renews itself about every 28 days, so monthly facials keep things balanced and clear.

  • Working on acne or a specific skin issue?
    Every 2–3 weeks for a few sessions can make a big difference, then shift to monthly once you’re in maintenance mode.

  • Can’t come in that often?
    A facial at the start of each season (4x a year) is still super helpful—especially with weather changes.
